Omar Little

Introducing the newest member of the Garr/Suffern clan…Omar Little Suffern! His namesake is one of the greatest characters of all time, and our favorite – Omar Little – from the show The Wire. We adopted this little guy from the good folks at Wild and Tame, It’s All the Same, who rescued Omar from a kill shelter on the day he was supposed to have been exterminated. Apparently, he’s about a year old and is a mix of daschund, doxie and chihuahua, thus his “little” frame. We’ve had Omar for a few days now, and we’re absolutely in love with him (though I think our cat, Maya, is probably gonna need just a bit more time to adjust).

he is sooo cute. I love his little eyebrows. Those eyes are captivating. He has the opposite markings of Bailey. Where he is tan Bailey is black and vice versa. Omar…I can’t wait to meet him.
